Wheel Throwing Regular Course level 02
You can take this workshop multiple times until you gain confidence on the wheel.
As your skills improve, you can produce different objects each time you take this workshop.
This workshop is suitable for participants wanting to improve their wheel throwing skills. You will learn how to wedge the clay, center and shape a piece.
Throwing skills come with practice, in each session, the instructor will be giving you direct feedback and guidance in order to improve your skills.
During the first session, you will discuss with the instructor your project and they will advise you based on your skills.
Outcome
The outcome of this workshop will depend on your throwing skills. You can get inspired from the ceramics displayed in the Studio.

All the produced pieces during this workshop (as far as they can be fired) will be fired and glazed in transparent. The high temperature cooking of your pieces will allow you to use them in the dishwasher and the microwave.
You can also take an additional session for decorating and glazing your pieces.
Glazing and decoration is an apprenticeship in itself and requires a workshop.
